Learners, new to learning?
Learning a new skill can be a daunting task. Taking the time out of your busy job to learn new ways to do your job better and thereby turning your job into a career sometimes seems just like a pipe dream.
That need not be the case when you can learn while you are employed. Your job is the route to your new career path, all you need is a little help to bring out the best in you and gain a qualification at the same time.
With Work Based Learning you can ‘Earn while you learn’.
Through a series of assignments which you can complete at your own pace, as well as on-the-job training and assessment it won’t be long before your confidence and self esteem are soaring.
And don’t forget, when you complete your qualification, you’ll have gained the equivalent of 5 GCSE’s (Level 2) or 2 ‘A’ - Levels (Level 3)!
There are two ways in which you can complete your qualification:
- The traditional Paper Based Portfolio route or
- The E-Learning Portfolio route. E-Learning is today’s preferred learning route.
Would you like the opportunity to complete your qualification via an E-Portfolio/E-Learning?
There are many reasons to consider E-learning for your continuing education and development. The biggest being reason flexibility. You have the power to dictate how and when you learn, which frees up time for other commitments.
E-Learning learners aren’t sacrificing anything by taking this route. You have all the same benefits and advantages as being a “Paper Based” Portfolio Learner. You will enjoy high-quality training, assessment, support and advice.
The greatest benefit of E-Learning is that of convenience. As long as you have an Internet connection and a computer, studying online is a breeze. You will be able to access resources online from anywhere you want to.
There is good communication with an amount of face-to-face learning and interaction. Instead of being limited to asking questions during working hours, you’ll have direct access to your Assessor via email or message boards. You will have 24/7 access and be able to receive assignments and assessments from your Assessor by email. Research has shown that Learners following the E-Learning route progress quicker and complete their qualification within optimum time.
