Employers, new to learning?

Here at Davidson Training UK Ltd we are aware that company training budgets can be limited. We therefore aim to work closely with you to ensure that the qualifications delivered can in most part be subsidised by Government funding.

We will work with you to assess your employees’ eligibility to receive suitable funding that meets their needs and the needs of your business.

We are aware of all funding changes prior to and when they occur and can therefore inform you immediately of any changes and new opportunities available. This will enable your organisation to readily access funding opportunities.

Davidson Training UK Ltd will liaise with with The Skills Funding Agency, Awarding Bodies, and Sector Skills Councils to deliver learning directly, All programmes meet the required National Standards satisfying all Funding and Audit Guidance. This enables us to access a wide range of learners and employers from numerous business sectors giving them the opportunity to fulfil their own financial and training needs.

Are your staff eligible for training?

To be enrol they must be:

Apprenticeship/Advanced Apprenticeship

To be enrol you must be: (Proof of Eligibility will be required)

• Aged between 16 - 24 years (and have finished your last year of schooling).
• Work more than 16 hours per week.
• Not possess a UK degree or be a Graduate.
• Not be receiving any other Government funded education
• Must be paid at least £80.00 per week
• Meet the eligibility of the Skills Funding Agency (I.e. Have been a UK/EEC resident for a minimum of 3 years)

Train to Gain

To be enrol you must be: (Proof of Eligibility will be required)

• Aged 19 +
• Have no more than 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above, or any other Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifications
• Not be receiving any other Government funded education
• Meet the eligibility of the Skills Funding Agency (I.e. Have been a UK/EEC resident for a minimum of 3 years)
