Apprenticeships versus Train to Gain

By completing an Apprenticeship, you will gain degree level and with the new Qualification Credit Framework you will even be able to use the credits gained towards UCAS points to gain access the higher education and University.

You will gain City and Guilds Certification not only for the NVQ/QCF part of the qualification, but also for the ‘Technical Certificate’ and the ‘Functional Skills’, (English and Mathematics).

With an added bonus of also gaining a Lead Body Certificate from either: (The Certificate you gain will be dependent upon which qualification you complete)
